Karm has been established since 2007 with Martin Keenes founding the business. His passion for property saw the need to create affordable housing for home owners and the rental market. Specialising in fulfilling the potential of residential and commercial property through development.

Karm have built strong relationships with various professional organisations, from town planners through to sub-contractors, ensuring the best results are achieved for the owner-occupiers or tenants, whilst always bearing in mind the need for affordable homes. The team believes that attention to detail at every stage of the project is of paramount importance, from choosing fixtures and fittings on starter homes to bespoke finishes on higher-value properties. The construction team oversee all developments and ensure high standards are met.

Our guiding principle is the law of attraction. By that, we mean if we operate in a positive and professional manner, work hard and are open and honest with everyone we deal with, then we will attract like-minded people to do business with.
